When will my jewelry be ready?
Our jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow 7–15 days for making before dispatch. Delivery time is additional and depends on your destination. See our shipping policy for current details.
How do I choose my bracelet size?
Measure your wrist snugly with a soft tape. Our new size guide is S: 15–16 cm, M: 17–18 cm, L: 19–20 cm. Always check the available options on your chosen product page. Contact us if you need help finding your fit.
Can I return my bracelet?
Eligible standard pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging. Custom designs and nonstandard sizes are excluded unless faulty, damaged or incorrect. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. Please read our full returns policy before ordering.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Handle the small clay details gently and store separately. Keep away from water, perfume and harsh chemicals. Avoid pulling, bending or dropping the fruit pieces. Check your product page for design-specific care information.
